If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of the date when the order is received.

Upon receipt of the order, you will still need to wait 24 hours to allow the delivery status to be updated within your personal account. Once the update is done, you will have the possibility to proceed with the return request.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to make a return, please follow these easy steps:

1. After 24 hours of receiving your order, sign into your account here: Login. Click on the "My Orders" section and, subsequently, on "Request Return". Select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange, specifying the reason and the request.
N.B Please remember that you can only replace products that you receive damaged, defective or incorrect: we do not accept returns for size changes.

2. Check your inbox; you will receive a confirmation email with your return form and Return Authorization Number (RMA), information about the carrier that will return your package at our expense and the address of our warehouse that you need to print and apply to the outside of the box containing the products you are returning. Want to reprint your Return Form? You can download it directly from your account by accessing the "My Returns" section. Select the Return Authorization Number, view your request and click on "Download Return Form (PDF)"

3. Put the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, which means in perfect shape, complete with all their unused components, with all original packaging and any provided instructions, with labels and tags still attached to the products. The items will be looked over and checked to see that everything has been returned intact.

4. Print the return form and put it inside the box containing the products you want to return. Apply the address of our warehouse outside the box.

5. Send your return to the following address:

If you decide to use an alternate courier for the above address, the return expenses will be charged to you.

6. Keep the shipment receipt.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect product, you may request a refund for the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, follow the instructions in the previous paragraph - "Return Requests" - indicating "Damaged, faulty or incorrect product" and one or more images of the article in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
After completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment. We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after necessary quality checks and a verification of flaws in the returned product.
In the event that the failure of the product is established, will carry out the refund. The reimbursed amount will include both the purchase price of the defective item as well as the shipping that you initially paid at the time of purchase.
Once the precise amount is calculated, the refund will be made using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) or by wire transfer.
